Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Exquisite Celebrations Event Hall for your special occasion. To ensure a seamless booking experience and provide clarity on our arrangements, please review the following detailed terms regarding our reservation and payment policies.
**Booking Confirmation and Deposit:**
To formally secure your desired event date and time within our schedule, a deposit equivalent to 25% of your total order value is required. This initial payment acts as confirmation of your reservation.
**Cancellation Policy:**
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Should you need to cancel your event, a full refund of your initial deposit will be issued if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of the deposit payment.
Beyond this 48-hour grace period, the 25% deposit becomes non-refundable, as it serves to hold your specific event date exclusively. In the event of any cancellation made after this designated grace period, all funds previously submitted for the booking will regrettably become non-refundable.
**Rescheduling Options:**
As part of our commitment to exceptional customer service, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your event. You may postpone your event to an alternative date within one calendar year of your original booking date, subject to venue availability. When choosing to reschedule, all payments made towards your event, with the explicit exception of the initial 25% non-refundable deposit, will be fully applied to your new event date. The initial 25% deposit secures the original reservation and is not transferable to a rescheduled date.
**Venue Unavailability:**
In the rare and unforeseen event that Exquisite Celebrations Event Hall becomes unavailable to host your event on the confirmed date, you will be presented with two options: either a full refund of all payments received, or the complete transfer of 100% of your funds to an alternative available date of your choice, without any additional fees or deductions.
